Offer covers a standard 3bedroom/1bathroom home, Includes fridge cleaning. Minimum Team of two cleaners. Additional fees apply for properties with 4 bedrooms and above.

This time frame is suited for properties with 3 bed/1bathroom.
Team of two will complete this (4.5hours = completing in half the time)

This is our minimum service charge for end of lease / move-out cleaning services which excludes carpet steam cleaning. This is suited for a studio size property. Disclaimer: Further time will be required for properties 1 bedroom and above.
